"I would not go with this insurance company they are a joke they're very expensive they check your insurance up every 6 months I shut their insurance off I paid $70 and I only got $40 back I had insurance for only one week I do not recommend them so you need to tell me my insurance was $30 for one week when you divide that by four and it should be only $17.??"

"Very upset over the rates that are steadily going up we have nothing on our records and our rates have gone up dramatically we are both elderly we only have 2 vehicles it has gone from 175.00 to 251.00 this makes no sense I will be checking around for different companies"

"Dear State Farm, I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with the handling of our recent home flooding claim. This is the second time our home has flooded due to a sprinkler malfunction, and we have been without a habitable home for almost three months now. Our adjuster, James Delph, initially placed us in a hotel and stated that our home would be repaired within a month. However, no progress has been made on the repairs, and we have been unable to contact Mr. Delph. I contacted our local agency in Denton, Maryland, and spoke with a representative named either Michael or Chris. I was informed that a request for a new adjuster would be submitted, and I should expect a return call within 24 hours. As I was quite distressed during the conversation, I emphasized the urgency of the situation. However, despite waiting patiently, I did not receive a callback. Consequently, I contacted the local office again and spoke with another representative named Chris. He advised me that they were unable to directly request a new adjuster and had instead reached out to our previous adjuster, James Delph. However, it is worth noting that Mr. Delph never contacted us. The representative then informed me that I needed to contact Allstate directly to request a new adjuster. It would have been greatly appreciated if this information had been provided during my initial call, as it would have saved me considerable time and frustration. We are currently living in a one-room hotel with our two young children, ages 7 years and 7 months. This situation is extremely difficult for our family, and we are eager to return to our home. I am requesting that State Farm take immediate action to resolve this matter. We have faithfully paid our insurance premiums, and we expect to receive the assistance we need when we need it. Thank you for your attention to this matter. Sincerely, The Hobbs Family"

"I had Charlie Huber‘s State Farm insurance for about three years until he declined to renew my policy because I’ve had an accident, I honestly thought the whole point of having insurance was for them to be there for you in case you have an accident “Like a Good Neighbor” and NOT to throw you out like trash because you had a simple car accident. I mean it’s called an accident for a reason right I didn’t do it on purpose, but Charlie doesn’t seem to see it that way. He even told my elderly mother that if she stayed with his insurance company that I was NEVER allowed to drive her car, which I think is also totally ridiculous. Like if we had a family emergency, and I had to drive the car, and for that one instance of me, driving if I happen to get into an accident, even if it wasn’t my fault and I was hit by another car she totally wasn’t covered simply because I was behind the wheel, even if she pays her insurance every month on time. Thankfully, I have found different car insurance and it’s good to know that there’s people out there that are not like Charlie Huber."

"I moved to Denton nine months ago. I was frustrated and fed up with my insurance from where I moved from. I saw Charlie’s office was around the corner from my house and decided to give them a try. I am telling you that at 53 years of age, I have never been more happy. Always responsive and taking care of me. His office is super friendly and helpful. I will not even think to go to any place because. Thank you Charlie!!"

"I just want to say that I am going to miss Kathy Falloni she has just retired from here and she was the best! Charlie Huber is a great insurance agent and although they may not be the cheapest insurance agency I know I am being taken care of. I can call with a problem and they always get back to you immediately. I have been with them for over 20 years and I can honestly say they offer the best customer service. Kathy enjoy your retirement and I think Charlie is not far behind.........These are big shoes to fill."
